Quality Control

Being an industrial group dedicating in recretional vehicles for 12 years, Onmywaymotor puts quality in top priority. We know it pretty well that most of the wholesale mopeds scooters, ATVs Quads, dirt bikes, motorcycles and even electric scooters are always running on all kinds of tough roads like rocks, deserts, swags, forests., etc. In the pursuit of providing best quality to our customers, we set up a complete QCS (Quality Control System) which covers the whole birth of a vehicle: The parts supplier filtering, engine testing, assembling, random performance inspection and packaging, only to make sure every single motor product wrapped up with firm paper honeybomb are in excellent condition. Many of our products have EPA & DOT & CARB, and EEC & COC approval.

Engine Testing

Every engine will experience at least 2 hours performance testing before it is transformed to the quality approved section.

Performance Inspection

Every scooter, motorcycle, ATV, dirt bike for export will be randomly picked up for lab performance testing. Any defectives detected during random inspection leads to an piece by piece inspection of the whole order.

Packing

Onmywaymotor accept CBU or SKD packing solution as requested. A productis is usually wrapped with bubble to protect it from stratching, framed with strong iron steel and finally covered with paper honeycomb. This heavy package will prevent the product from scratching or any other damages during the loading, unloading as well as the freight on the road and sea.
